The room is large, the balcony is large with two deckchairs where you can sunbathe.The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is very practical.The food was fresh and varied.The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very friendly.The pools are fantastic.We were there at the beginning of March and we were able to swim in the pool on the roof, which is heated by the polar light.Every morning we had fresh peslikira.apart from a few minor complaints, I still highly recommend this hotel.The view is fantastic.Breakfast with a view of the ocean and the game of seagulls is beautiful. The hotel is huge.Very nicely designed and arranged.You can make many beautiful photos. There is a dress code for visiting the restaurant.Two outdoor pools and one indoor pool. Comfortable sunbeds.The view of the ocean is fantastic both in the morning and in the evening.

Good location, excellent amenities including two pools (one of which was an infinity pool), a gym, complimentary breakfast and dinner every day and direct access to the ocean where you can even snorkel. The view itself was amazing too, overlooking the ocean especially from the 8th floor The staff were all so helpful and polite, happy to tend to our needs as much as possible. I can't recommend this hotel enough - I think it's much closer to a 5 star rather than 4 star Value wise, the complimentary breakfast and dinner actually make it a very compelling offer. If you're ever in Mallorca, I definitely recommend staying here (please note, not all Elbas are of similar standard - Elba Madrid is for example one hotel I would not recommend)

- The view and layout of the hotel is really beautiful - very picturesque and so nice to be able to look out across the ocean. - The pools were absolutely lovely and it was great to be able to go down to the ocean via the stairs - We paid for a pool view room and were really happy with that - bed was huge and comfortable - Liked that we were a walkable distance to town and local restaurants - Reception staff were very attentive and welcoming and great at organising taxis for us whenever we needed - Great cocktails

The reception staff were so helpful and friendly including Victoria, and we were greeted by Alejandro to happily help us with our bags soon as we arrived.. Palmanova has some lovely places to eat just down the street including SiSo Beach and The Olive Tree. I would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat! - Thank you Elba staff.

The Hotel was really beautiful and all the food exceptionally good. For Breakfast you had loads of choices and everything was fresh. We were there in November so it was really quiet, which is to my liking. You had a great sea view from the restaurant and both pools. The Spa and treatments were perfect.
